In fact, as one of our core values we do not simply connect, we aim to be "engaging" in hopes to foster quality relationships and truly understand our partners' business needs.**Job Scope**:- Standardize the CVs received to the company's fixed template (approximately 10 daily) as part of daily administration tasks.- Conduct talent mapping research and suggest suitable talents for specific roles on LinkedIn.- Manage accounting administration tasks such as issuing invoices and following up on debtor aging (sending payment reminders for overdue payments).- Prepare reports on Account Receivable and Account Payable status.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process.- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs (if any).**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in related fields (Business Management / Accounting / Sales & Marketing, etc.).- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is a MUST.- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar role or recruitment agency.- Soft skills: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive communicator, and self-motivated.**Benefits**:- 5 working days- Hospital insurance- Medical claim allowance- Parking allowance- Friendly and good working environment- Free snack & beverages- Increment depends on work performance- Festival gifts, birthday benefits etc- Working place nearby MRT station**Office Location: Sunway Velocity****Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 07/21/2023
