Building Technician - Property Management - Bukit

To assist our Building Manager/Executive on Site Operation and Administrative matters- To monitoring day to day security operations performed by our appointed Security Company.- To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained.- To supervise the day to day clean and well maintained.- Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to schedule.- Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors.- Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.Requirements:- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond.- 1-3 years working experience in highrise building;- Good discipline and hard-working**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
