Business Analyst Executive (Bandar Bukit Raja)

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Research on matters as arranged by Management- Analysis functions for operational, Administration and Commercial department- Assist in analyzing management report i.e. Management Report, Accrual Report, Lifting Report (enhancement) etc.- Ensuring that client requirements are attended to efficiently and effectively- Attend meeting with clients and to understand their challenges and requirements. (as and when required)- Preparation & Analysis function in managing Division's budget- Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by superior or management- Analyse and manage data tracker: Key Account Management Data Tracker- To ensure that all related and relevant data in the tracker are updated as per the KP and to be uploaded.- To prepare and analyze the accuracy of the data- Trouble shooting- Analyse monthly profit and loss account for the division- Enhance current data Tracker : Excel File- Improve the intelligence of the file by imposing all the relevant security and formulas**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Computer literate, good data analysis and problem solving skills- Knowlege of MS Excel, MS Word and be able to prepare statistical graphs and data- Minimum with 3 years with working experience**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Statistical analysis: 1 year (preferred)- Data structures: 1 year (preferred)
