Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Your insights will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive our company's growth and success. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements. Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions. Develop detailed business and system requirements documents. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate the resolution of any issues. Provide ongoing support and communication to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management software.
