Business Analyst-Sales Operations

Today, a thriving local ecosystem links about 160 million active users to more than one million actively-selling sellers every month, who are transacting safely and securely via trusted payments channels and Lazada Wallet, receiving parcels through a homegrown logistics network that has become the largest in the region.**Responsibilities**:- The Business Analyst will work on various projects and business cases requiring interpretation of complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, correlations to extract meaningful insights as well as providing actionable recommendations & solutions.**Job Requirements**- 1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analytics role with demonstrated experience in using data to help answer business questions.- 3. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.- 4. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, such as Python, R, or SAS.- 5. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.- 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.- 7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.- 8. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
