Business Analyst (Seller Management)

Job Description:
Research the market landscape and strategize Shopee's approach to managing Sellers
Analyze proprietary data to generate insights on the Seller behaviour
Use data to explain new business developments and the root cause behind issues
Manage reporting and performance monitoring
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computing, Science or Engineering
1-3 years of working experience in a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Consulting or e-Commerce role
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
Responsible, organized and meticulous
Driven and comfortable with a fast paced environment
