It reflects our commitment to be the frontliner of technology innovation and advancements.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Translate strategic objectives into a business capabilities, processes, and systems roadmap.Bridge the gap between a business's tactical and strategic needs by ensuring that the day-to-day operations align with the long-term business vision.Engage with various stakeholders across business units and IT, facilitating discussions, negotiations and influencing decisions that drive optimal outcomes.Develop and implement governance and best practices around business architecture.Identify opportunities for process improvement to deliver value to the business.Coordinate with project management and IT teams to oversee the implementation of proposed solutions.Continuously monitor the business architecture to ensure it effectively supports business needs and adapts to organisational changes.Document and communicate the architecture to relevant stakeholders and ensure their buy-in.Ideal ProfileA bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is desirable.Minimum of 10 years experience in business analysis or a related field. Previous experience as a business architect is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience in business process modelling and reengineering.Exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments is beneficial.A solid understanding of the complexity of large corporates, its various business pillars, market trends and good business acumen.Knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks, and best practices.Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases.Strong understanding of network and data centre architecture and application development methodologies.Knowledge of financial modelling as it pertains to IT investment.Understanding of risk management approaches and their application to strategic decisions.What's on Offer?Work alongside & learn from best in class talentLeadership RoleFantastic work culture
