a **Summary of client**:Our client is a leading enterprise management software, solutions and cloud service provider in China and the Asia Pacific region.**Job Highlights**Prior experience related to Cloud Solutions, Business background (accounting/finance/supply chain/manufacturing), and experience in ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Navision) will be advantageous.- Collect and analyse clients' requirements.- Work in teams to design, test and develop localization and customization of Yonyou ERP and Cloud solutions.- Plan and manage developing resources and schedules including system configuration, and integration testing.- Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.- Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.- Solve technical problems during project delivery.- Document all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publish reports.- Receive training about Yonyou ERP products, industry, and project management.- Provide pre-sales support from a technical perspective, including product &technical solution proposals.**Requirements**:- Prior experience related to Cloud Solutions, Business background (accounting/finance/supply chain/manufacturing), and experience in ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision) will be advantageous.- Graduated in Information Technology, Engineering, and Accounting, Business.- Account, Supply chain, HR and Construction business knowledge or experience preferred.- Preferably familiar with SQL query and has experience in DBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle will have an advantage.- Possess a strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and good verbal and written communication skills.- A team contributor who can learn extremely fast, perform under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates.- Will be required to travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- NetSuite: 3 years (required)- Sales: 3 years (required)- SAP ERP: 3 years (required)- Oracle: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)
