Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and independent Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing you with remote work flexibility and the opportunity for professional development through training.

Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create strategies for business growth- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 1 year of experience in business development or sales- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Adaptability to changing market conditions- Strong negotiation skills- Motivated and results-driven
