That said, the bulk of your working hours will involve you having to manage the below:- _**Market Research and Analysis**:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the SAAS industry.- Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to inform strategic business development initiatives.**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to expand the customer base.- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels.- To identify and develop new business opportunities through sourcing, negotiating, and winning corporate accounts to generate effective revenue.**Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and pain points.- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how SAAS solutions can address client challenges.- Foster long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.**Product Knowledge and Presentation**:- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the SAAS product or solution.- Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the SAAS product to potential clients.**Sales Pipeline Management**:- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.- Keep track of sales metrics, analyze pipeline data, and provide regular updates to the management team.**Collaborative Cross-functional Communication**:- Work closely with product development(tech), sales & marketing, and customer success team to ensure alignment in business objectives.**Stay Informed and Adaptive**:- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.- Continuously adapt strategies to align with the evolving landscape of the SAAS industry.- Analyze data to refine strategies and improve overall business development effectiveness.**REQUIREMENT (Your Qualifications Make You Shine)**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
