Business Development Executive

Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads- Create and manage customers account.- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services- Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.- Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.- Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Experienced, 3 years and above in relevant positions.- Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa. Fluency in Mandarin (speak and written) is an advantage- Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative environment that requires to coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.- Have good Initiative, analytical and negotiation skills.- Willing to take on more tasks/responsibilities when the business requiresPay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Mandarin (preferred)
