Business Development Executive

Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role- Proven sales track record- Experience in customer support is a plus- Proficiency in MS Office- Has medical knowledge or well verse with the healthcare industry is a plus- Communication and negotiation skills- Has experience working in insurance claims industry is a plus- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members- Time management and planning skills- Is able to be a team player and provide support to the team- Reports to direct line of superior- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or any medical sales relevant fieldPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
