**Responsibilities**- Developing and managing sales and marketing tools or materials- Building good rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining professional customer relationship- Managing overall resources and client related matters- Build a sales prospect pool through careful applicants, Internet research, and networking.- Ensure new business opportunities are developed through effective sales strategies, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media campaigning, events, self-lead generation, and other initiatives.- Be responsive to clients' inquiries and ability to resolve customer complaints.- Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees that satisfy the client's requirements.- Take personal responsibility for and meet all individual activity goals, and productivity targets as defined by the manager and assist the rest of the recruiting team to reach their goals.- Attending client's meeting as per request by the reporting manager or clients- Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed.- Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.- Complies with established Quality Management System Policies and Procedures; verifies work for accuracy to ensure the quality of output.**Requirement**:- Team player, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust- Require language(s): English & Mandarin- At least 1 year and above proven experience in the recruitment / Business Development field.- Have your own transportation- Office location: Putrajaya.
