Business Development Manager

Job Description : Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing activities; including conducting technical presentation & bidding for tenders in the Environmental industry. Develop and implement business development strategies and marketing of the company's environmental products & services to clients. Preparation of costing for tender based on current market prices & conditions and help to secure tenders for the company. Provide technical expertise for tenders and sustain a strong relationship with existing clients and tap into existing clients' opportunities.  Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives and execute monthly business plans.  Facilitate customer visits and engagement activities. Improve product marketability and profitability by identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities   Requirements : Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Chemistry, or Business Administrative or equivalent Preferably with more than 3 years sales-related work in environmental projects or chemical sales (example waste treatment & waste-water treatment, renewable energy, recycling business and etc.) Demonstrated capability to conduct technical sales and marketing to clients and understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors. Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven. Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving. Strong business mind and financial literacy and willing to travel.  Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
