Our client is a well-known manufacturing company of cross-linked Polyolefin (PO) foams with more than 600 employees and is located in Telok Panglima Garang, Klang is looking for a Business Development Manager.Job Descriptions:- Overall responsible to support Sales Department by providing product explanation and information.- Develop strategies for further business with existing accounts.- Proven track record performing on sales targets.- Maintain accuracy and complete updates of all specifications.- Communicate changes to specification to both internal and external customers.- Gather information from internal departments and external vendors to create specifications.- Work with a cross functional team to ensure specifications are complete, accurate, consistent and are released in timely fashion.- Serve as one point of contact for all specifications needs and lead early management activities.- Ensuring specifications are completed to best practice standard.- To ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets.Job Requirements:- Have experience in business & product development in insulation or construction industry.- Experience in both local and export sales and market development.- Have more than 3 years sales experience in construction/ manufacturing industry.- Experience in finding new customer, new projects and developing a long-lasting and positive customer relationship.- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree of Marketing or related course.Benefits: dental, optical, company trip, 5-day week, free annual medical check-up, etc**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Telok Panglima Garang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- construction & manufacturing sales: 3 years (required)
