Business Development Manager (Johor Bahru)

Job Role:- Good communication skills and proven record in supermarket exploring, and a good player in team work.- Developing, aligning and deploying Commercial Action Plan and Malaysia market explore.- Develop social media, e-commerce marketing and promotion plan.- Prepare market analysis through evaluating new market prospects.- Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well as rate analysis required for management and sales staff.- Developing marketing plan and budget.- Planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve target (Monthly and Quarterly).- Develop Organization Capacity and Capability.- Own and lead the career planning of his/her staffs.- Lead plans to develop and sustain distributor organization capability.- Develop and manage marketing team.- Other duties assigned by superior or management.Job Requirement:- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
