Job Description Role: Business Development Manager (Recruitment and Staffing) - ASEAN No of positions: 2 Region - ASEAN Description: Rationalz is expanding its Recruitment and Staffing vertical and looking out for an experienced Business Development Manager who will lead business development initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build a new business (Staffing & Recruitment) for the company across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills and must have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities: Identify partnership/Vendor opportunities involving Hiring/Recruitment of IT and Non-IT Talent and establishing new customer base for the company across the APAC region Nurture new relationships to grow business and help the company expand Build and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers Participate in strategic discussions and initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 - 15 years' prior business development experience in IT staffing/hiring industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must have successful track record of meeting yearly sales numbers Must have strong existing or potential network for onboarding new customers.
