Business Development Officer/ Sales Officer:- Promote products or services to customers and negotiates contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue.- Increase sales opportunities, improve market position and maximize organization growth.- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry;- researching and analysing sales options.- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.- Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way.- Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements development roadmap- Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists- Maintain reports by collecting and updating data in line with organization standards.- Maintain and improve professional, selling skills and technical knowledge through organization- Review on performance and aim at exceeding set targets- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Requirements:- Minimum One (1) year of B2B sales experience.- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant sales role- Thorough understanding of sales planning and negotiating techniques- A confident and determined approach- Self- motivation, result - oriented and drive- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection- Excellent communication, proficiency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.- Possess own transport.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Do you have your own transportation?**Experience**:- B2B sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
