Regional Business Intelligence Analyst Seniority Level – Junior/Analyst We are looking for data driven and enthusiastic candidate to join us to drive our business forward! With data as your arsenal, you will be looking at strategies, process improvement and governance to improve overall performance of the company. Working closely with other internal departments, you will learn the operation and support their projects by providing data, analysis, and insights. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, meticulous with numbers, creative in problem solving with an open mind to changes and interaction. Most important of all, a strong can-do spirit! The role is based in Malaysia, covering businesses located in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. Key responsibilities: • Understand the business process of the Company • Devise best method to measure business performance • Perform data queries to monitor business performance • Analyse the data for insights • Design, develop and maintain BI dashboard for business owner to excel in their field • Document the design methodology Basic Qualifications: · Knowledge in SQL is required; · Prior working experience in developing BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc) is preferred; · A degree in relevant field of study; · Experience in BI will be highly advantageous; · Prior experience working in e-commerce will be advantageous; · Advance Excel skills or Phyton programming is preferred but not mandatory; · Ability to understand business process, translating the requirements and perform data queries
