What will you do? Coordinate & support solution project end to end process using ERP SAP system and maintain good documentation for the Power System solution business Support Project Managers on administrative tasks from the preparation of order until the closure of the solution project Manage the end to end project order processing in SAP. Ensure compliance on order booking pre-requisites, approval per COA and documentation Coordinate with internal stakeholders for new project creation processes and maintain "As Sold", Budget-0 & ETC (Estimate to Complete), correct margin reporting in SAP Create, update and maintain project planned costs for all ongoing projects in SAP Facilitate material creation in the SAP System and PR creation in Apollo Manage all domestic and international shipments from IG and OG vendors as per incoterm in customers' Purchase Order and Contract. Prepare delivery documents such as shipping invoices, packing lists, delivery orders etc. Obtain POD (Proof of Delivery) to support the project milestone billings Manage Project Invoicing. Monitor and assist the Project Manager on timely invoicing for completed milestones and progress claims Monthly review with the project controller and Project Manager on revenue and billing forecast. Maintain data flow from SAP to digital tools. Activate new projects in the SGV tool and update upstream margin if any changes on Forecast to Completion (FAC) by Project Managers Updating and timely reporting of the manhours forecast in ALMA tool Monthly Timesheet handling, entry and reports in SAP Perform TECO project closure and release the Risk Provision of the project in SAP Lead transformation initiatives related to the Solution Project order and administration process Process owner for ISO Standard Operating Procedures on Project Order Management workflows Other project coordination and administrative support requests from the project team What's in it for you? Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent from a recognized institution At least 5 years' experience as a key user of the SAP system with knowledge of SD, PS and CS modules At least 5 years' experience in the order management function and project coordination Able to work independently, a team player, resourceful, self-driven and result-oriented with good planning and organizing skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Customer oriented mindset with experience in customer interaction and handling customer inquiries Good coordination and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed, multicultural environment Let us learn about you!
