The Role
NOTE: Requirement that candidate speaks/writes/reads Mandarin to liaise with required stakeholders
This is a full time position in Cambodia
All travel expenses and visa costs/vaccination and others will be covered by the company.
JOB SCOPE
Able to perform Front Window, Team Member Bank and/or Fill Bank functions, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Being responsible for an impress inventory of cash float
1) Perform various financial transactions, in support of the Casino Table Games Operations, Slot Operations and the casino Guests playing in these areas, including: Cash-in/ Cash-Out gaming chips Perform foreign currency exchange
2) Redeem Slot Machine payout tickets/TITO/ vouchers for cash/cash equivalent
3) Perform patron account transactions (safe keeping/front money deposits & refunds)
4) Check cashing, check/marker redemptions and consolidations
5) Perform credit card and EFTPOS cash advances, perform Rolling Chip Exchanges Other cashier tasks as required
6) At completion of the shift, balance float and bring it back to the impress amount
7) Conduct Team Member Bank functions accurately Preparation of table fills/ reciving table credits
8) Handling chip transfers between front window fill banks. main banks.
9) Balance the inventory of Chip Bank to the casino computer system, account for all chip movements in and out of the Chip Bank
10) Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets
11) Provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all internal and external customers.
12) Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of the Company's corporate values.
Ideal Profile
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum secondary / high school education preferred Conversant with English and Mandarin language to be able to liaise with required stakeholders Possess a flair for numericals and excellent service and communication skills Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred Able to operate electronic cashier equipment (e.g. note counters, counterfeit detectors) Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
