Call Center Officer (Myeg Hq)

**Job description****MyEG subsidiary, MyAssist is currently has a vacancy for Call Center Operator role to accept inbound calls from customers regarding roadside emergencies & notify our technicians to assist them.****Responsibilities**:- Handling inbound calls from customers seeking roadside assistance- Clarify with the customer regarding their current location & the roadside assistance that they need (Battery, tyre, Fuel Delivery, Car inspection, or Towing services)- Inform the dispatcher of the customer's situation & the location they needed to go.**Job Requirement**:- Minimum SPM Holder- Able to work in call center environment ( >10 calls per day)- Good communication for both Bahasa Malaysia & English- Able to work in rotational shift hours (7 a.m. - 3 p.m. / 3p.m. - 11 p.m. / 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. )- Possess own transport (Free Parking provided) as public transport is not available during the night.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- How much your expected salary?- Willing to work shift?- Have own transport?- Willing to work at Damansara Perdana?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)- Overnight Shift (preferred)
