Browse our Business Development and Partnerships team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Business owner of a Product Category in Shopee- Holds Average Daily Order and Average Daily GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)- Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category- Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive in relation to the market- Hire, train and manage a team of Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of merchants- Retain and optimise key account relationships to drive the overall performance of the Category- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 7 years of working experience- Prior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, and e-commerce is a plus- Experienced in management and leadership roles. Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management.- Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills- Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
