Details of the offer

Responsible for Communication matters withing the given region in line with Global Payroll Strategy, Owner of Change Impact assessment and agreed actions to mitigate related risks within each project in the region, responsible for Training and Knowledge management tasks within projects, design, in agreement with receiving organizations (local and HUBS) coordinate and monitor knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities:Leading Change, Communication, Knowledge and Training workstream in assigned project(s).?Close cooperation with Global Change, Communications, Knowledge and Training Lead in fulfilling Transformation Strategy in assigned areas?.Responsible for Change and Communication plan and Stakeholders Matrix per assigned project.?Responsible for Knowledge and Training plan per assigned project.?Responsible for Business Change Impact Assessment (BCIA) and future readiness plan (with focus on employee experience).?In close cooperation with Local Organization coordinates Change and Communication information campaign.?Supports other project and program team members regarding own area of responsibility.?Basic Qualifications:Experience in at least one of the areas: Change and Communications, Training and Knowledge Management?Previous exposure to HR transformations or other HR projects.??Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Business Change Impact Assessment (BCIA).User knowledge of any of HR systems (Workday, SAP HR, Oracle, etc.)?Ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, "can do" attitude. Why Us?GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organization where people can thrive.
