Training Assistant Manager (Dyson)

**Main Responsibilities**:- Train and Develop retail sales team Nationwide-Malaysia, to be capable Product Specialist on Dyson products, DNA, guidelines and technologies- Design and coach retail sales team regarding assessment methodologies to improve sales productivity. Maintain good knowledge of industry trends- Conduct effective training session(s) with various internal and external stakeholders. Conduct refresher training as and when required- Conduct training programs for new products, conveying product specifications and advantages- Train, coach and guide retail teams on counter-selling strategies**Requirements**:- Minimum qualification - Diploma/Degree in any field- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience - Retail / FMCG / Direct Sales / Telesales / Other Relevant Sales- Added advantage for those from similar retail industry - Electrical and Electronic home / Office appliances- Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia- Pleasant interpersonal, communication and presentation skills- Team player with ability to work across departments- Can work independently in a fast growing environment- Computer literate- Able to travel interstates**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus
