To perform day to day facilities operation including but not limited to electrical maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical control panel, new installation, lighting systems, inspection of mechanical equipment and building. To perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM) and breakdown maintenance (BM) in order to meet maintenance scheduled. Daily update on facilities equipment log sheet (low voltage, Boiler, HVAC, Domestic Water Pump and daily electrical reading) Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. To perform energy conservation, energy efficiency and water conservation activities. Maintain the inventory records for M&E spare parts. Set up and operate audio video, media equipment, sound system, manage video recording.
