**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- To support Technical R&D Manager on alternative raw materials evaluation- To evaluate new or modified products- To work on product selection, combinations, and formulation- To do product development if appropriate under the regional R&D supervision- To participate lab and field trial if needed.- To prepare lab evaluation reports- Be responsible for lab safety, equipment maintenance and calibration etc**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Should have a degree in chemical engineering or materials science- 2-4 years minimum working experience- Hard working and hands on- Result Oriented- Communication/Presentation Skills- Problem solving- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the internal team
