Client Services Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative assistance to Client Services team. Assist timely billing submission to Finance. Prepare quotes or purchase orders where applicable. Responsible in documentation and housekeeping of in house job records (eg data entry, revenue recognition, printer spec and etc). Prepare simple SGK Link documentation upon request. On the Job Learning. Serves as a backup to Client Services team members. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
