Overall Job FunctionPassionation is an Influencer Marketing Platform & Marketplace providing focused SME/MNC advertising services in Malaysia and APAC. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of key campaigns and projects. Qualified individuals should be highly driven, and aggressive to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. With a can-do attitude and is disciplined to provide continuous support involving in, but not limited to, influencer campaign execution and Passionation events and on-ground activation solutions to internal and external clients.Primary Responsibilities:- Support the Merchant Acquisition Manager and Executives in servicing their client by ensuring smooth preparation and execution of platform/influencer campaigns and related projects.- Support the Head of Influencer Marketing in planning and execution of on-ground activation solutions.- Responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities to achieve sales, profit and assigned targets.- Participates in ideation and process planning of newly established solutions.- Report/Review performance every week to Head of Influencer Marketing to keep track of project pipeline and continue to improve operations SOP for new/experimental influencer and platform solutions.- Maintain open channel of communication by providing accurate and timely information sharing regarding operations of campaign execution to Head of Influencer Marketing.- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders which include vendors and service providers.- Work closely with other stakeholders to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs, striving for a collective company goal of successfully penetrating the Malaysian SME/Direct market.- To carry out additional task/work as directed by management from time to time.Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):- Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Advertising or Media/Mass Communications or any related advanced education preferred.- Fluency in English language; strong written and verbal communication.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.- Proactive and result-orientated.- Highly self-motivated and well-organized.- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach.- Good communication skill to coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.- Strong knowledge of internet concepts and is familiar to prominent social media platforms. Must be able to discuss them with conviction.
