Job Description:
Petronas is looking for a Client Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client support.5. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.7. Assist in resolving client complaints and escalating issues as needed.8. Work collaboratively with other departments to meet client needs and achieve company goals.
Requirements:1. Energetic and reliable personality traits.2. Strong time management and teamwork skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Ability to problem-solve and think critically.5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
