Commercial Advisor - Oil&Gas

Requirements:- Academic Background: A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience.- Related Work Experience (Type and years): Minimum 15 years of experience in **oil and gas E&P**, leading in multicultural technical teams comprising of experienced geoscientist and engineer in addition to coordinating multidisciplinary teams in new business opportunities evaluations.- Language Skills**:English, Bahasa Malaysia and Arabic.**:- Knowledge in **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)**.**Responsibilities**:- Develops and implements the commercial strategy for the Company.- Liaises closely with other senior managers.- Supports the tendering and contracts awards process.- Negotiates, develops, and manages all commercial agreements to optimize the Company's commercial interests.- Provides commercial support on all operations and development work.- Ensures commercial practices comply with industry and regulatory requirements.- Identifies and develops growth opportunities for the Company.- Supports the development of new business opportunities.- Manages the team of commercial contracts and legal staff effectively.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leave**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Oil and Gas E&P: 10 years (preferred)- Commercial Advisor: 9 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Arabic (preferred)
