Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES To coordinate the day to day business activities so as to meet the client's requirements and to perform the general administration disciplines within the Division. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES To assist reporting manager for the day to day business activities. Ro support reporting manager fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the Division's Quality System. Ensure that the information from the clients is kept as strictly confidential and never revealed to the third party. Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing. Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients. Keeping of necessary statistics reports required by his/her superior. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior Qualifications
PROFILE Minimum education SPM or College degree or Diploma or degree in business administration Presentable and good personality. Knowledge in using computer/MS Offic Additional Information REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of inspection skill will add to advantage.
Able to read, write and understand well in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication and coordination skill within the business and also with customer in English.
Good understand/knowledge of the business operational activities and customer needs.
