Commercial Strategy Lead (Spx Express)

Job Description:Accountable for strategy development and PnL management of SPX Commercial (including new business expansion of non-shopee parcel delivery and service point expansion/management)Assist in end-to-end implementation of projects aligned with strategic objectivesDesign and implement scalable solutions, tools, and processes across Commercial and Service Point functions to improve volume, scalability and profitability of SPXFocuses on identifying and performing analytical and reporting needs for the commercial team while critically evaluating and defining business metrics providing analytical recommendations to support the continuous improvement of the businessWork closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation to improve productivityCommunicate strategic recommendations based on insights to our business leaders in clear and illustrative presentations and dashboardsRequirements:3-5 years of experience in business analyst related roles analyzing large data sets and informing company strategyA Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or EngineeringProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge in SQL is a plusExperience in logistics, delivery, or ecommerce in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment is a plusProblem solver: When dealing with complex business problems, you are ready to solve them.
