Commis Pastry 1,2,3 (Baker)

Prepare a variety of pastries such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread and etc using our existing and modern recipes.- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.- Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.- Monitor stocks for all baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.- Must be a teamplayer and serious in work- Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly- Always maintain kitchen cleanliness & communicate with team members- Able to work on weekends is a must- Hostel accommodation can be arranged- **Immediate starters an added advantage**- Internships encouraged to apply1.
