**Job Overview**:Unik, our wellness e-commerce brand, is seeking a passionate and organized Community Operations Executive. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive and engaging community around our wellness products. Your responsibilities include overseeing community engagement, managing support functions, and implementing content moderation policies to ensure a safe and supportive online environment.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement community engagement strategies for the Unik brand.- Manage a support team to ensure timely resolution of user inquiries and concerns.- Implement content moderation policies to maintain a positive community atmosphere.- Generate reports on community feedback, support ticket trends, and user satisfaction.- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize brand-specific events and initiatives.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in community management or related roles.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with wellness and lifestyle products.- Experience in content moderation and support management.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
