Fandom Community Operation Specialist

**Job Overview**:Stanly, our fandom-focused brand, is looking for a dedicated Community Operations Executive. As the key liaison between the brand and its passionate fanbase, you will be responsible for driving engagement initiatives, managing support functions, and ensuring a vibrant and supportive community atmosphere for fans.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute community engagement strategies tailored to fandom interests.- Lead a support team to address fan inquiries and concerns.- Implement content moderation policies to uphold community guidelines.- Generate reports on community feedback, support ticket trends, and user satisfaction.- Collaborate with marketing to organize fandom events and promotions.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in community management with a focus on fandoms.- Strong understanding of fan culture and interests.- Experience in support management and content moderation.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
