Compliance Executive #Mnc Manufacturing #Rba/Wca

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for managing the _**ESG Programs**_ (Environmental, Social & Governance).- Organize _**ISO**_, _**RBA**_ and customer compliance activities.- Perform internal audit for _**ISO**_, _**Customer**_, _**RBA**_ standard and prepare management review record.- Manage Supplier/Vendor/Contractor on a quarterly basis to ensure legal compliance.- Internal & External Auditor for company/customer regulations.- Key person to update the management on the latest changes in the _**International Code of Conduct Standards**_, including _**Responsible Business Alliance**_ (_**RBA**_), _**Workplace Condition Assessment **_(_**WCA**_), _**International Labor Organization**_ (_**ILO**_), _**International Organization of Standardization**_ (_**ISO**_) and other relevant standards.- Organize internal audit within the company to ensure full compliance to customer's requirements, ISO, and RBA.- Liaise with external auditors during on-site audits and coordinates with respective departments for the audit preparation and plan.**Job Requirements**:- Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or compliance to Human Resource or equivalent.- Well versed in _**ISO**_ and _**Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)**_.- At least 5 years of working experience in a related filed is required for this position.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
