**Requirements**:- A recognize Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in working in Trading / Shipping industry is preferred.- Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SQL is a Must.- Good interpersonal skills, Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong technical accounting background & meticulous.- Must have sense of urgently in completion on task and produce expected results.- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently**Responsibilities**:- Handle full set of accounts.- Prepare monthly management account reports, month-end closing, year-end closing, audit schedules, etc- Reviewing all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.- Able to organize and follow-up independently.- Arranging and prepare monthly management report to the finance department.- Process full set monthly payroll for staff, which included salary, OT, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, allowance in ensuring accuracy and compliance to the management requirement.- Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial and basic by management.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual leave
