Compliance Officer (Shopeefood)

Job Description
Performed transaction monitoring on customer’s account
Ensure customer’s accounts are in compliance with financial regulatory bodies
Performed KYC and KYB workflow on customer’s account
Ensure documents provided are valid and authenticated
Consult buyers and sellers on decision making in timely manner
Identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities involving buyers and sellers
Mitigate risk for potential loss incurred involving buyers and sellers
Escalate any suspicious findings through proper channels

Requirements
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Compliance are welcomed to apply
Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required with proficiency in data entry work
Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay, in both verbal and written forms
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organized person
