Confidential Assistant

**Responsibilities**- Manage schedule, appointment and meetings, ensuring effective timeutilization and timely reminders.- Assist with document preparation, presentation creation and otheradministrative tasks as required.- Act as a liaison between the Management and departments, externalpartners and other stakeholders.- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentialityand discretion.**Requirements**:- Possess diploma / degree in Business Management or its equivalent.- A dynamic and enthusiastic young male keen to acquire new skills andknowledge.- Having some prior experience in the retail industry would be beneficial.- Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, in both spoken andwritten forms.- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities effectively.- Skilled in presentation preparation and delivery.- Able to travel to outstations.
