The Construction & Quality Coordinator will support in overseeing and managing the construction, quality assurance and quality control processes within the project. Their role involves ensuring that all activities, materials, and products meet the required quality standards and specifications. The role will focus in checking of drawings, support on ITP, on setting up the quality system, checking Piping and Mechanical activities.**Job Roles/Responsibilities**:- Assist to manage the quality of work, maintaining, preparing and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditure- Site coordination between Main Contractor, Stakeholders, Workers and all parties involved- Coordinate and assist to monitor all Construction and QAQC inspection activities- Assist in checking of drawings- Supporting in ITP activities- Setting up the quality system- Assisting in checking piping and mechanical activities- Support in administration, planning and assignment of the project inspections in accordance with Inspection & Test Plans- Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints- Visiting and inspecting building sites- Reporting on progress and challenges- Any other adhoc jobs assigned**Qualifications & Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- At least 5-10 years of experience in construction and quality related scope or work.- Experience in building construction project or a similar industry is a plus- Valid industry recognized Inspection qualification in either structural / piping fabrication / NDT inspection or coating inspection activities (BGAS/CSWIP/ERS/PCN etc).- Good experience in the following: Assist in checking of drawings, Supporting in ITP activities, Setting up the quality system, Assisting in checking piping and mechanical activities etc.- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
