Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

Successful candidates with a creative and analytical orientation will be responsible for:

Strategic Insight:
Leads and serves as an expert regarding clients' issues and businesses. Creates solutions with impact and solves complex clients' problems.

Delivering Results:
Allocates work streams effectively and delivers all projects competently. Seeks alternative project management approaches to help both the team and the clients respond to unpredictable situations. Helps the team keep the big picture in focus and develops the right skills within the team.

Leading and Managing:
Manages team members and provides the necessary support for their growth.

Building Client Relations:
Engages clients as a trusted business partner, delivers value and builds lasting relationships.

Knowledge and Market Capability:
Acts as an advisor to both the team and the clients, and recommends the best approaches to problems / opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Economics/Science or its equivalent. Advantageous to have MBA or other relevant Master's degree

At least 6 years' working experience within a similar consulting capacity, or as an industry professional with sector-specific knowledge

Fluency in both spoken and written English

Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex and unstructured problems

Good general knowledge including knowledge of current news locally and globally

Strong interest in local and international business, strategy, marketing and economic issues

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Good grasp of Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Successful candidate will be part of a project-based consulting team, leading and working on projects from data gathering to analysis, recommendations, reporting and conducting presentations, as well as assisting in business development and team development.
