Contract Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

**Responsibilities:- **- Responsible for overall operational and functional aspects of Sub Contract Department.- To be in charge and handle both pre-contract for each sub-packages from tender until final account stage, including Tendering and all Pre contract works.- To manage Sub-Contract packages concurrently.- To lead the Contracts team to coordinate and liaise with project teams, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.- To oversee/advise on the cost comparison, negotiation and award subcontract packages.- To clarify all items for each sub-contract packages.- To lead, source and procurement of all related items required by the site and co-ordinate with the procurement department / site team, etc. to issue PO / material deliveries / Invoices / delivery orders, etc.- To lead and oversee Sub-Contractor's monthly progress claims, variation orders and final accounts for the assigned project.- To plan and review commercial terms and conditions.- Provide internal training for the department.- Any other duty & responsibility, which the company may assign from time to time.**Requirements:- **- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.- At least 8 to 10 years experience in Construction industry.- Able work independently and guide the project team to achieve the target / goal.- Good negotiation skills, strong analytical skill, knowledgeable in technical / cost estimates and construction contracts.- Willing to relocate and outstation language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa**Additional Details:- **- **Salary Range**: Up to RM11,000.00- **Working Hour**:Monday to Friday, 8.30AM-5.30PM, alternate Saturday, 8.30AM-12.30PM.- **Location**: Pasir Gudang, Johor- **Job Type**: Permanent**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs
