Coordinator - Procurement & Facilities

Ensure the purchasing and storing of the consumable, non-consumable and kitchen equipment are in line with the established specifications.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations throughout the procurement process.- Process purchasing request and invoicing process via the designated system.- Perform quality and quantity control and ensure the accuracy of quantity and quality of the products delivered to our clients and guests.- Resolve any supplier-related issues or discrepancies, such as late deliveries or defective products, in a timely manner.- Comply with the food hygiene, health and safety management system and regulations.- Control and monitor the inventory on each delivery accurately.- Document and submit quarterly and yearly inventory report.- Maintain accurate record of products pricing, supplier database and inventory levels. Assist head of departments on ordering schedules.**Requirements**:- Proven track record as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar capacity in food and beverage setting/ industry. Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and price negotiation.- Proficiency in using procurement software or systems.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
