Core Ops Specialist - Thai Speaking

Main Responsibilities- Review content and classify according to Social Media Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency;- Cooperate with other business related functions to complete the designated work;- Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale;- Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners;- Conduct general data entry tasks;- Become an expert on Social Media Ads policies and proceduresQualifications:- Fluent written and spoken Thai plus business level English.- Experience in an online moderation or trust and safety environment preferred but not required.- Experience working in a KPI or target driven environment preferred but not required.- Some experience working within an online or BPO environment would be a bonus, but is not necessary.- Confident working with a suite of online and offline IT software including Excel, Powerpoint and Excel.- Strong analytical and research skills;- Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines- Ability to work alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends)**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
