Credit Analyst (Mortgage Loan)

**Position**: Mortgage Loan Consultant (Credit Analyst)**Salary Range**: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000**Location**: Soho Suites KLCC, Jalan Perak KL**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (10.00am - 7.00pm)Job Descriptions- Analyse applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.- Review and update credit and loan files.- Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.- Compute payment schedules.- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.- Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.**; Requirements**:- Degree in Finance / Economics is required or other related- Excellent knowledge and experience with financial software and databases- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations - Malaysia (Australia would be an added advantage)- Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
