**Credit Support Officer** **-** **(**230002BO**)**- To ensure the System Maintenance Team adhere to set KPIs in accordance to set SLA/TAT.- To ensure timely and accurate maintenance of system maintenance requests i.e. OD/Trade reduction, Change of Prime Rate / Interest (i.e. OD & TL) / Instalment / OD Excess Variance / Next Payment Due Date, AA approval, ECL cancellation, Cost of Fund updates, Credit Score tagging, SBLC and Covenants maintenance.- To ensure timely and accurate reversal of transactions wrongly credited by Borrower / Customer.- To ensure timely handle of loan statement and photocopy of document request from Borrower / Customer.- To ensure Revolving Credit, Share Administration, Rice Miller, Credit Review and Syndicated Loan administration is attended timely and accurately.**Qualifications**- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or related area preferred.- Has at least 2 years' experience (preferable experience with Banking industry)- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.- Ability to work under pressure.- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and must be a team worker with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff.- Self-motivated, dedicated, commitment and result oriented, to complete all tasks assigned within SLA with zero defect.- Willing to work longer hours, when required.- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and good sense of responsibility.- Able to take any tasks assigned by Dept Head from time to time.- Flexible to be transferred to any unit/section when necessary and**Primary Location**: Malaysia**Job**: Operations Admin**Organization**: MAL E2P - Corporate Credit Administration - CCA**Schedule**: Permanent**Job Posting**: 15-Nov-2023, 7:58:11 PM
