Curriculum Developer

**Responsibilities**:- To plan, develop and design an engaging and effective curriculum and lesson plans for the respective grade levels, and/or improve on existing curriculum.- To engage various stakeholders to understand needs and curriculum objectives.- To coordinate the review of all curriculum to ensure that the programmes meet the scope and requirements of the current syllabus.- To set and develop training programmes for educators and teachers implementing the curriculum.- To work collaboratively with various departments for plan and generate creative content to market programmes and events.- Plan and facilitate lessons, keeping track of students' progress.- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company**Requirements**:- 2 - 3 years of prior teaching experience.- Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground-up.- Able to work under pressure and is proactive.- Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication- Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and possess a growth mindset.- Willing to step out of the comfort zone.
