Customer Care Assistant

**Job Summary**Front desk personnel who provide services to customers.**Job** **Responsibilities**1. Answering visitor inquiries about the Hospital.2. Greet visitors / patients at arrivals and departures and provide assistance courteously.3. Directing visitors to appropriate contacts.4. Answering incoming calls and arranging appointments for guests to meet with the Hospital staff.5. May also assume a security guard function by monitoring who is entering and exiting the hospital and observes and reports any suspicious behaviour or activity.6. Utilizes the hospital information system to check patient location.7. Explains policies and procedures to patients, families, and visitors as needed.8. Promptly triages emergency telephone calls.9. Provide clear directions & information about hospital's facilities to customers upon enquiry.10. Respond promptly and empathetically to inquiries, complaints and requests from the walk-in customer / patient; or from incoming calls.11. Take messages with accuracy and relay the messages timely when necessary.12. Being sensitive to patient or customer walking in condition and to attend them with care.**Requirements**:- At minimum possess a SPM/ Certificate and/or Diploma in any discipline.- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience.- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.- Ability to work on shift schedules is a prerequisite.- Working experience in Customer Service, Healthcare and Hospitality industry.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.- Knowing any local dialects such as Mandarin, Hakka or Hokkies is a plus.- Pleasant personality.**HOSPITAL UNIVERSITI TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN****Department of Human Resource****Jalan Hospital, 31900 Kampar, Perak**Pay: From RM1,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kampar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)
