Schedule appointment for service department and Handling customers, regular follow-ups of the customers.- Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and phone call to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership.- Ensure the customer database is updated in a timely manner and always protected through constant monitoring.- To complete CSI monthly report and arrange PDI.**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
